Make sure the user has the hardware lock firmly attached to the back of the machine. Once this has been confirmed, direct the user to the client machine. If the user has the 3.60 version CD, have them run

D:\360_Common\Rainbow\WIN_NT\SetupX86.exe

for 3.63D (and later) version CD(s),

D:\License\Rainbow\WIN_NT\SetupX86.exe.

Once the window comes up, select Functions >> Install Sentinel Driver from the pull-down menu.  After that, a window will pop up with a path prompt; to which the user should click OK. The user will be prompted that it was successful and to restart the machine.
